Creating a ticket on behalf another user (agent)
I'm not sure whether to put this in a wish list or troubleshooting area.
Is there any possibility to have an agent to create a ticket on behalf another agent ?
The only i can find now is creating a ticket on behalf of actual customer / myself.
Situation maybe like below:
- John from finance department (also helpdesk agent) cant seem to login to some application on his computer.
- So he called Mike who are in IT department to assist.
- Mike create a ticket which is John as the requester (customer).
